Return Policy
How returns work with Eiffel Lubricants
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition. Due to the nature of our products, opened lubricants cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. For cancellations, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate and complete an eligible return:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges:
- Opened or used lubricants
- Custom blended products
- Bulk orders (unless damaged or defective)
