Eiffel HiPower AW 68 is a premium ISO 68-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil engineered for industrial and mobile equipment operating under severe conditions. Formulated with high-purity Group 2 mineral base oils and advanced additives, it provides exceptional anti-wear protection, extended oil life, and reliable performance in high-pressure hydraulic systems.

This oil’s robust thermal and oxidation stability minimizes sludge formation, while its superior demulsibility ensures rapid water separation to safeguard components from moisture damage. The enhanced film strength reduces equipment wear in demanding applications such as marine hydraulics, injection moulding machines, and hydraulic presses. Compatible with systems requiring Denison HF-0 and Vickers M-2950S specifications, it also protects multi-metal components from rust and corrosion.

Ideal for:

  • Industrial machinery, mobile equipment, and low-to-medium charge gears
  • Applications requiring ISO 68 hydraulic fluid compliance, including compressors and bearings
  • Environments where moisture resistance and anti-wear properties are critical

Features & Benefits

Eiffel HiPower AW 68 ensures long-term hydraulic system reliability with outstanding thermal stability that extends oil and filter life. Its rapid water separation (demulsibility) protects against moisture-induced wear, while the advanced anti-wear additives and film strength reduce breakdowns in high-stress operations. The oil’s rust and corrosion inhibitors safeguard multi-metallic components, making it a cost-effective solution for industrial machinery, marine systems, and mobile equipment exposed to harsh conditions.
