Eiffel HiPower HVI 68 is a high viscosity index (HVI) hydraulic oil engineered for hydraulic systems operating in extreme temperature fluctuations. Formulated with premium HVI base oils and advanced anti-wear additives, this ISO 68-grade fluid maintains optimal viscosity across seasonal shifts, ensuring consistent performance in industrial, marine, and earth-moving equipment.

Its exceptional shear stability and thermal resistance extend pump life under severe loads, while rapid water separation (demulsibility) protects components from moisture damage. The oil’s silicon-free anti-foam additives ensure smooth operation in high-pressure systems, and its multi-metal corrosion inhibitors safeguard gears, bearings, and compressors. Compliant with Denison HF-2, Vickers M-2950S, and Cincinnati Machine P68 specifications, it’s ideal for applications demanding reliability in harsh environments.

Key Advantages:

  • Performs reliably from -20°C to 80°C due to ultra-high viscosity index.
  • Reduces downtime with extended oil life and filter efficiency.
  • Trusted by OEMs for heavy-duty hydraulic systems.

Features & Benefits

  • Eiffel HiPower HVI 68 delivers unmatched performance in wide temperature ranges thanks to its ultra-high viscosity index and shear stability, which prevent thinning at high heat and thickening in cold starts.
  • The oil’s advanced anti-wear additives minimize equipment wear under heavy loads, while its rapid water separation protects systems from moisture-induced corrosion. Excellent oxidation stability extends oil life, reducing maintenance costs, and silicon-free foam control ensures smooth hydraulic operation.
  • Ideal for marine, industrial, and mobile machinery exposed to seasonal temperature swings.
